Portfolio

I competed in a hackathon focused on identifying and reducing online harm, where I trained a model to flag hate speech and worked on redesigning social media engagement mechanisms to reduce predatory patterns that amplify harmful content. Afterwards, our team was one of the few invited to present the project at the Governor of Pennsylvania’s residence.

I worked as part of a team on a Kaggle competition exploring models for identifying ADHD in girls, a population that is often underdiagnosed (speaking from personal experience). My work focused on training, tuning, and evaluating the model while being mindful of bias, limitations, and the risks of misclassification in mental health contexts.

I previously worked at a startup focused on rethinking digital mental health products. I contributed across the stack, with primary responsibility for human–computer interaction design, frontend development, databases, and product iteration. The clip below shows a demo of a survey flow I designed and implemented in a functioning iOS app; it represents the portion of my work I’m able to share publicly.

Additional projects are in progress, and I’m excited to continue my work across product, technology, HCI, and design.
