WHO AM I
Iām Krit Ravichander, founder of Psychara Labs. Though relatively young, I have a variety of work experiences: ML software engineering in research and industry, healthcare and tech consulting, and at a psychiatric hospital. My background and variety of skillsets has led me to contract with companies creating products in mental health.
What Do I Do
With my skills, I can:
- Quickly identify and frame high-impact problems before investing time or capital
- Transform rough ideas to products, owning design, build, and iteration
- Design and implement user interfaces grounded in real mental health behavior and clinical context
- Write code (primarily in Python) to build features, services, and full applications
- Use data science to evaluate outcomes, reduce risk, and inform product decisions
- Make pragmatic build decisions by balancing clinical integrity, user value, technical feasibility, and business constraints
Iām useful when you need someone who can both execute and make sound decisions in a complex space.
